Jack's Story - a CRC Service User

Jack O Donovan was born on the 19th March 2003. The excitement from myself and his Dad was amazing when told we had a baby boy. Unfortunately, Jack was not too well and was put straight into an incubator. He was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and expectations for his survival were not good.
